Current openings
Manager, Individual Giving - The Manager, Individual Giving, reports directly to the Chief Development Officer to support development activities, specifically but not limited to our individual giving campaigns. Major responsibilities include implementing individual giving and matching gift and workplace giving campaigns that meet/exceed revenue and engagement goals. This position is remote with occasional required travel to the IDF office in Hanover, MD, and for conferences or events.

Development Manager, Strategic Partnerships - The Development Manager, Strategic Partnerships supports the Chief Development Officer and other development staff to support IDF fundraising efforts, specifically prospecting, soliciting, and closing corporate and organization sponsorships to advance the IDF mission and strategic objectives. This position is fully remote with occasional travel to the home office in Hanover, MD for conferences or events.
